Application Guidelines for the NGP students enrollment for October 2026.
【Deadline: 14:00 (JST), June 15 , 2026】
※ The Japanese language version shall prevail English version.
Application Period:
May 15(Friday), 2026 ~14:00 (JST) June 15(Monday), 2026
Application requirements:
- Applicants who entered a Master’s program in October 2025, are currently in the first year of the Master’s program at the time of application, are expected to be enrolled in the second year of the Master’s program as of October 2026, and intend to proceed to a doctoral program (including the medical sciences course).
D1 students who entered or advanced to the Medical Sciences Course in the Graduate School of Medicine in April 2026.
※ In principle, applicants should apply to JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists (Tokubetsu Kenkyuin) (DC).
Selection Process:
Applicants will be selected based on a review of the application documents and an interview conducted in English.
Interview date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026
Details of the interview will be provided individually to each applicant.
Announcement of Results:
Successful applicants will be notified by email to both the applicant and their academic supervisor on Tuesday, September 15,2026.

Send your application documents to the Neuro Global office by the deadline.
Please fill in the forms and submit them as a PDF to the Neuro Global office by email. (The size of attached files should be less than 3MB.)

※ Recommendation Letter: You need the signature of an NGP Educational Affairs Committee Member on the application form.
